Our art collections—including embroidered panels, textile murals, digitally enhanced artwork, and bespoke installations—are made-to-order based on your selected design, size, and embellishment.
•Refunds are not applicable once an order has been confirmed and moved into production.
•Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the production process has not begun.
•Exchanges are not permitted for custom pieces unless the product is found to be damaged or defective on delivery.

•Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the damage.
•We will arrange for pickup and replacement at no extra cost.
