At ZIBARASA, each piece is a reflection of thoughtful design, artistic precision, and exceptional craftsmanship. As many of our artworks are custom-made, we have outlined the following terms and conditions to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for our clients.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Artworks

Our collections—including embroidered panels, textile murals, digitally enhanced artworks, and bespoke installations—are individually crafted based on your chosen design, dimensions, and embellishments.

  • Once an order is confirmed and has entered the production phase, refunds will not be applicable.

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not commenced.

  • Exchanges are not permitted for custom-made items unless the artwork arrives in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

We take great care in packaging and delivering each piece. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange for pickup and replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • If a replacement is not possible due to the unique nature of the piece, a full refund will be issued.

4. Important Notes

  • Minor color, texture, or finish variations are natural due to handcrafted techniques or screen display differences and will not be considered defects.

  • Customized or personalized artworks are final sale and non-returnable.

  • All artwork remains the intellectual property of ZIBARASA. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is strictly prohibited without written consent.
